Industrial Design Conference (IDC) ‘26

Opening Day & Evening Social

In August, we joined industrial designers from across the country for the opening of IDC 2026 in Pasadena. The conference brought together designers, educators, students, and industry leaders for several days of conversations, ideas, and connections around the future of industrial design. The theme this year was “Authenticity.”

The conversations continued into the evening at a social gathering in Los Angeles, where we had the chance to reconnect with longtime friends and meet new colleagues. It was especially exciting to connect with designers who are beginning to organize a Women in Design LA chapter alongside Agota. We are grateful for the many conversations, new connections, and friendships that made the opening of IDC 2026 such a memorable start to the week.
